Wayuu cuisine

At the heart of Ranchería Utta, gastronomy is much more than food. It is a sensory journey through the flavors, traditions, and ancestral knowledge of the Wayuu people.

We use fresh, locally sourced ingredients, chosen with respect for the land and the culture, to prepare traditional recipes passed down from generation to generation.

Shop

Handcrafted

Handcrafts are one of the most colorful expressions of Wayuu culture. They are made by Indigenous women who shape and color multiple threads to create patterns and designs that reflect our heritage. At Ranchería Utta, your stay in Cabo de la Vela includes access to products of the highest quality.
